As a Kensington School teacher, you watch confidence and personalities grow – from accomplishing big milestones and little victories, from first steps to writing first names. We believe that educators who love teaching teach children to love learning! We understand how important it is for our staff to feel appreciated, supported and a part of a family.

What are your classroom environments like?
Our Kensington classrooms are like no other! Our buildings are custom built by our design team and in-house architect. We believe that the environment is the third teacher in each classroom. Each classroom has a thoughtfully considered layout and is filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Our teachers have supplies at their fingertips to truly bring our curriculum to life. You will feel at home in our beautiful classroom environments and will also enjoy other special areas such as Kensington School’s Tinkerlab, gym, library, garden, spacious play yard and outdoor riding track.
What benefits are offered?
Full-time teaching staff have access to a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 401K, paid professional development training and CPR/First Aid training. Part-time employees have access to benefits as well.

What is the dress code?
Our teaching staff is asked to wear professional clothing in solid colors. We provide a Kensington School apron to wear. Kensington School also provides apparel throughout the school year which can become a part of your work attire.
